On the menu, a tasty selection: crispy calamari served with slightly spicy mayonnaise, a signature burger and homemade fries, or a truffled croque with gourmet accents...

To conclude on a sweet note, the iconic Tarte Tropezienne is served alongside homemade ice cream and sorbets from Maison Barbarac.

Under the direction of Maître Koy, daring fusion cuisine comes to life, subtly combining Mediterranean inspirations and Asian flavors.
Refined products, enchanting fragrances, unexpected combinations: each plate invites you to travel.
Sea bream wrapped in banana leaf, crispy duck à la Pekinese, or beef fillet marinated in the “Tears of the tiger” style: treat yourself to an evening full of flavors and emotions, punctuated by our live music.

The hand-painted drawings by the artist João Incerti dress the pool bar with originality, bringing a touch of soul and poetry to the place. The wonder for the South continues. It is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, which can be found even in glasses.
The mixologists at La Tartane Saint-Tropez are inspired by it every day: their cocktails, orangeades and homemade lemonades, infused with citrus fruits picked in the garden, offer a refreshing break at any time of the day. Between the freshness of the products, craftsmanship and the summer spirit, each drink becomes an ode to the Mediterranean, to be enjoyed at the water's edge, with your eyes lost in the blue of the Tropezian sky.

Deployed in the open air in the heart of the hotel, the Bar de La Tartane Saint-Tropez stands out as the beating heart of the house, a vibrant place that gives rhythm to the days and evenings.
In this setting open onto the pool, which can be seen through a row of lush planters, time seems to stand still. Everything here evokes the seaside spirit of the Roaring Twenties, this subtle blend of carefree freedom and discreet refinement.
It is in this setting, which is both relaxed and sophisticated, that the talent of our bartenders and mixologists, true artisans of taste, is expressed. Through their creations — tailor-made cocktails, infusions of citrus fruits from the garden, and homemade refreshments — they extend the sensory experience of the place.
